Welcome to the Law Office of John S. Evangelisti. Our goal is to provide quality legal representation nationwide to federal employees in workers' compensation claims, employment discrimination matters, and medical retirements. We have worked with postal employees as well as employees of most federal agencies who have been injured on the job or who need help with a range of employment matters. Relatively few attorneys offer advice and representation in federal civil service employment law. For over 20 years, we have represented clients from all over the country in this specialized area of practice.

In order to serve our clients, we appear before all the necessary federal administrative agencies:

In addition to appearing before the necessary federal administrative bodies, Mr. Evangelisti is admitted to practice in federal courts, including: the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, 8th Circuit, and 10th Circuit; and the U.S. District Court's for Colorado and Nebraska. With 30 years experience as an attorney, the past 18 spent assisting federal civil service employees, Mr. Evangelisti offers the knowledge and experience of a seasoned legal professional.
